DINAMIKS UK based Dinamiks Ltd, under the guidance of Managing Director Simon Barnes, is the self funded designer and developer of Dinamiks, the online [cloud based] Employee Performance Management tool that can also be used for Talent Management, Compliance and Employee Development Planning [EDP].
Designed for use by SMEs, Dinamiks was born out of regulatory compliance and customer-led needs to streamline and improve the employee appraisal process, thereby making it readily accessible to all employees [regardless of location and time of use], easy to use and non-confrontational. In addition the appraisal itself becomes a living document that records employee Performance Objectives, Development and Competencies all of which can be aligned to the Business Objectives and Goals.
Dinamiks provides the means to track and manage people development in such a way that all information is held centrally, is continuously maintained [updated] and gives a clear picture of the wealth of skills and experience available to develop and direct a company to achieve its business goals. Dinamiks Ltd chose to develop the solution using proven Microsoft technologies.
